Where Is My Order?

Thank you for shopping with Modest & Devoted! We process and ship most orders within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday (excluding Sundays and major holidays).

Step 1 — Check Your Order Confirmation Email

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us at the address you provided at checkout. That email includes your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time.

Can't find it? Check your spam or junk folder, and consider adding customerservice@modestanddevoted.com to your contacts so future emails reach your inbox.

Step 2 — View Your Orders Online

If you checked out with an account, you can log in to see all of your orders and their current status:

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Free shipping is available on orders over $125. Shipping costs are otherwise calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship to all 50 US states — international shipping is not currently available.

If you selected local pickup at checkout, please wait for your pickup-ready notification before heading over. You're also welcome to text us at (662) 688-6623 to confirm availability or arrange a change.
