Refund policy
Returns are accepted for store credit when a return authorization is requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery and the item is received back within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Return authorization is required prior to shipping — please contact us at ModestandDevoted@icloud.com or use our self-serve returns option to request authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will not receive credit.
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Prepaid shipping labels are available with the associated cost deducted from store credit.
Eligible items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In new condition with all original tags attached
Not eligible for return:
- Final sale, clearance, discounted, or "As Is" items
If your item was damaged in transit, please photograph the package and damage upon receipt. All packages include standard insurance up to $100. Contact us and we will assist with the claims process.
Store credit will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Exchanges ship within 48 hours of receipt.
