Refund policy

Refunds by store credit within seven (7) days of confirmed item/package delivery. Return authorization is required. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; this may be applicable on all returned items.

Returns MUST be authorized BEFORE shipping. 

If an item is damaged in transit, please take pictures upon receipt of the package and of the damages, as we will need this documentation to file a claim with the shipper. All of our packages include at least standard insurance of up to $100. We will initiate and assist with the claims process, per UPS and USPS protocol. 

As Is, Final Sale, Discounted Items, Clearance Items are not eligible for return or credit.

Please contact store for return authorization by emailing ModestandDevoted@icloud.com or by accessing our self-serve returns option BEFORE sending the products. Items lacking a return authorization will receive NO credit.  

Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Prepaid shipping labels are available with associated costs deducted from refund by store credit.

Refunds by store credit will be processed and provided within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise. Exchanges will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. This time allows us to inspect the return and prepare the exchange for shipping. 

All items must be in UNWORN, unwashed, new condition with all tags attached when applicable. 

Credit will only be issued for Items received with original tags attached (that means they must not be removed or detached) AND in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, new condition.
