Refund policy

Returns are accepted for store credit when a return authorization is requested within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Return authorization is required before returning an item. To request a return, please contact us at customerservice@modestanddevoted.com or use our self-serve returns option. Items returned without prior authorization will not receive credit.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Eligible items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In new condition with all original tags attached

Not eligible for return:

• Final sale, clearance, discounted, or "As Is" items

If your item was damaged in transit, please photograph the package and damage upon receipt. All packages include standard insurance up to $100. Contact us and we will assist with the claims process.

Approved exchanges are generally processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellation requests may be made within 1 hour of placing an order, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped.
